Our products ship with a $8.00 flat rate shipping charge for all orders under $50.
Shipping for orders over $50 are free if you use coupon code 50FREESHIP at checkout.
We ship within 1-2 business days. If for some reason there will be a delay in shipping, we will contact you.
All orders are shipped insured USPS to anywhere in the continental United States. Please contact us, before checkout if you would prefer an alternative shipping method or carrier.
Local? Save on shipping!
No shipping fee for local pickup orders for our customers living or visiting the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina.
Simply use the coupon code PICKUP at checkout and then send us a quick email at shop@truzzis.com to schedule pickup details.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, Truzzi’s Bath and Body cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have concerns or questions about your order, please email us at shop@truzzis.com. However, if any products are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we may file an insurance claim with the carrier. Upon our receipt of the damaged goods from you, we will replace the product and reimburse shipping for the return.
